We do our best to answer you within a few hours, however, this may take a little longer from time to time. Please do not be angry with us if your answer takes a little longer. We will always answer you and try to find a convenient solution for you.

If you submitted an order with us, but didn't receive an order confirmation, it's possible that your email address was entered incorrectly. Get in touch with us at email@example.com to see if we have received an order in your name. We're happy to fix the email address on file and send you the order confirmation. In other cases, the order may not have gone through, so just get in touch before placing a new order to avoid a duplicate order.
Your order will be prepared and sent within 24-48 hours. Depending on the chosen shipping method, your order will be with you after 1 to 4 days.
Your tracking link will be sent to the email address you used when ordering. You can use the link or tracking code to see where your order currently is. It may be that your email provider does not forward our emails or we end up in the spam folder. Please check this folder before contacting us.
Unfortunately, we do not yet offer on-site pickup.

Please include a note with your order number, your name and a short reason for return so that we can refund your money as soon as possible. Please note that we do not issue return labels. The shipping costs you have will be reimbursed together with the purchase price of your order after we receive the return. The reason for this is that we produce every order especially for you by hand and as a small manufactory we cannot be compared to big mail order companies. You can also send us a message by mail or contact form, maybe we can find another faster solution for you.
We are terribly sorry that this happened. We do our best every day to make all orders correctly and ship them safely packed. Nevertheless, it can unfortunately happen from time to time that we forget to include an item or the products are damaged in transit. Please contact our support with a photo of the product by email or contact form, then we will immediately send you the item again or resolve any other concerns you may have.
We have a 90-day return policy, which means you have 90 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
